Single Source Contract (Amendment) Regulations 2018 - The Single Source Contract (Amendment) Regulations 2018 came into force on the 1st August 2018. The amendment to the existing regulations primarily seeks to limit the extent of the exclusions that preclude contracts from falling under the regulations due to the contracts in question being intelligence related or of an international defence nature. The government intends that further amendments to the regulations will be made later in 2018
